Reservations Africa has offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg and excellent representatives throughout the southern African region.

We believe the major function of an inbound tour operator is to have expert knowledge and understanding of available products and to this end our staff go on regular educational trips to maintain product knowledge of the region as well as the properties. It is our policy to inspect all properties and transportation companies on a regular basis to ensure standards remain high.

JOCELYN MILLER
Having started a career in the hospitality and tourism industry via the hotel business, I then joined Okavango Explorations a company specialising in safaris to Botswana. In 1988, I started Reservations Africa, one of the first inbound operations to handle the whole of southern Africa region. In 2000 I moved to Cape Town and opened an office, a few of the girls were lured down south, where we now handle all the reservations. Although I have been in the industry many years, I still love the challenge of putting together fabulous itineraries for each client.
